How does a payment plan work ?
Can I purchase directly from the store?
The price of a personal costume is subject to change depending on the customer’s personal design. If you’d like to get an accurate final price, we can contact you (or you can send us a message) and give you a personal estimate. If any purchase is done within the store without prior contact, we will contact you and give you a final estimate. If the final estimate amount is different than the purchase price, the diference must be paid before we can ship the product to you.
How do I track my order?
When the shipping order has been placed, we will give you a tracking number which you can use within the shipping company that your product was used to be sent.

Terms of Service
Prices and Estimates
All the prices shown on the page are USD.The price of the items in the “Fursuits” category is only an approximate of the final price. A custom item’s final price is given by Pinu Studios directly to the customer either prior or after purchase. Please submit your contact information so we can connect with you through social media (Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, email). If a purchase is made without consulting the final price, you agree to the fact that we will contact you and based on your character design, we will give you a final cost.
The final price of a custom product depends on: the number of fabrics, complexity of design, amount of materials, the complexity of the hairstyle.
Please provide us with enough information to generate an accurate estimate of the project. Any additional feature that is not discussed during the estimate price by the client may incur with an extra cost.
Shipping is not included in estimate.
Refunds
Before Project Starts: Payments of 80% or more of the total project cost are refundable only if requested within 48 hours of payment.
After Project Starts: Once production has begun, refunds are granted at our discretion based on the completion percentage of your project.
After Shipping: Once your product has been shipped, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Payment Plans: Purchases made through payment plans are non-refundable.
We are committed to delivering products that meet your complete satisfaction. Throughout the production process, we maintain regular communication and provide progress updates and photos. You will have the opportunity to review, comment, and request modifications during production to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Suits are not elegible for a refund after shipping.
Production time
Delivery times may be different from client to client, even though they have purchased a product on similar dates.
Delivery times are only official until the purchased product is 80% finished (we will let the client know). Anything else is just an estimate and may be subject to change. Expected waiting times for products are stablished after we have confirmed the client that we have started building their product. Approximate times for finishing a fursuit product are 1-5 months after confirmation of building.
Payments and Payment Plans
Payment Options
Clients have three payment options:
Full Payment: Pay the complete amount after receiving our estimate.
Store Purchase: Buy a product directly from our store to reserve your slot, then pay any remaining balance after receiving the final estimate.
Payment Plan: Contact us to arrange a customized payment plan that fits your budget (terms vary between Personal Commissions and Premades).
Personal Commissions Payment Plan
Down Payment: A down payment is required at the start of your project. The amount will be agreed upon by both parties in advance.
Flexible Payment Schedule: You may make payments at any time, as long as the project is fully paid before the estimated completion date.
Cancellation Policy: If full payment has not been received by the estimated completion date, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and make the item available for sale to other customers.
Premades Payment Plan
Payment Agreement: The payment timeframe and number of installments will be established by mutual agreement between both parties at the time of purchase.
Missed Payment Policy: If you miss two scheduled payments, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and make the item available for sale to other customers.
Completion Deadline: If full payment is not completed within the established timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and make the item available for sale to other customers.
Warranty
All products have a 2 month warranty on workmanship defects. Accidental damage may be eligible too depending on the type of accident, please consult us.
Shipping is not included on warranty.
If a client finds a more efficient way of fixing their problem, they can do so without voiding the warranty on our side.
If a client modifies one of our products, warranty may or not be voided based on the changes, please consult us.
Hazards
If the client has any special condition such that any material that is used to construct our products may pose a threat to their health, it is mandatory that the client lets us know in advance so that we can either accommodate your petition or refund (subject to the refund policy), otherwise we are not liable if the client is allergic to a type of fabric, inner paddings or adhesive materials (hot glue, industrial glue) used to construct the product.
Pins and needles are used to construct our suits. We always verify and make our best effort so that the suit does not contain any of these items prior leaving our workshop. Nonetheless, please verify for yourself. We are not held liable for any injuries regarding left tools.
Are there any specifications on making a DTD?
Please let the DTD go all the way below the heels and beyond the wrists!
Mark the belly button, the belt line, elbows and heels (permanent marker please).
Try to use comfortable clothing.
Unless you have a non symetrical design or a particular issue you can always send us the DTD with only one arm (you can also do it fully but its your choice!)
Please make sure the pose of the DTD is relaxed, feet aligned with shoulders, and arms in T pose.
If a client does not build a DTD as we have requested, Pinu Studios will make its best effort to make a comfortable fit for the client, but in the end we are not liable or responsible for any differences or misfits. Please make sure:
The dtd is built for your own body and not someone else.
The body contains the right markings (please refer to our DTD section for more information on this)
Customers buying fursuit parts for previous projects.
In the case a customer is looking to order a fursuit part for a personal suit (from us or any other provider). In Pinu Studios, we are committed to using the same fabric brand and colors (subject to availability) that were used to build your suit. One of the following outcomes might arise when ordering a new fursuit part from a previous suit:
We do not have access to the fabrics anymore. In that case, we will let the customer know. If the customer still wants to continue with the order we will order different types of fabric and continue with the commission.
The fabric is the same but the tones from the original commission and the new fursuit part are different. This might occur due to variations in the production process of the fabrics from our providers. In this case, Pinu Studios is not responsible for the differences in the color and quality. In the case this situation arise, Pinu Studios may offer the possibility of replacing the fabric in the original commission to match the color on the new commission. We will provide you an estimate price for this.
